African - Transkei

'I have never been on an expedition myself, but have heard of adventures in the Transkei, with people comming home with bags of cannabis grown by the rastas and.... mushrooms. The reason for the 'lawlessness' in the Transkei is the fact that it was a homeland in the apartheid regime, so no white law was implented there. The Transkei has become part of the Western Cape since the new goverment has come into place. But of course things go on as they always did.'
