This strain was donated to the SporeLab a few years ago by an amateur mycologist in Mexico. He collected samples high in the mountains south of Guadalaraja near the town of Tapalpa. It has since become quite popular. This strain has impressed with quick, speedy colonization. It produces medium sized fruits on brown rice cakes and larger mushrooms on bulk substrates such as compost and will fruit invitro as well.
